Spa time

Yes, in the first two pictures there are people in the spa. It is the color I guess that makes it difficult to see bodies. I think Perry will miss time in the spa, I know I will!

Our last evening in Tampa!

Friday was a long day. It was a second morning in a row that I. and K. where up and at the DMV early. Isaac purchased a new to him ( previously owned) car. Apparently no one walks in to the DMV just once and leaves with all business concluded, in FL. it takes 2,3,4 trips. The second time was the charm. Then Joey and I went with them to a plant nursery. Kyle wants to re-landscape the front yard. This was a fun trip for Joey and I because we would love to be able to have these hot weather plants, trees, and shrubs in our yard. I. and K. bought hibiscus, two flowering climbers and a red bougainvillea. Kyle and I ripped out the Mexican heather, moved and replanted plants, fought ants and generally got sweaty. Isaac was busy resodding some areas.
We ate lunch and then the irrigation system in the backyard sprung a leak. Isaac spent the afternoon finding the leak and repairing it.
After a long work day we needed a beautiful evening and we got it. We drove into Tampa to eat dinner at Jackson's. Wonderful food and a great view as you can see. God gave us a beautiful sunset and precious family memories. Yes, that dessert is as big as Perry's head!
After dinner we headed to the airport to pick up Isaac's brother Gabe.

Aaron Frazer this is for you!

Christmas Putt Putt. Aaron where are you? You would have loved this course! It has a cool water feature. Perry won but only because he can putt.

Off with the old on with the new

This photo is of the house with the original trim and door color. The colors were not to their liking. Note Isaac and Matt sealing the garage floor. Watching them do this was a riot. Kyle and Abbie are supervising.

New trim and door colors. Much more the Isaac and Kyle style. Also looks more Florida to me!

Mother and Daughter Sandals

Kyle helped Perry with his Christmas shopping. Of course they went to Ann Taylor. Perry chose the sandals, Kyle approved. Perry being the smart young man that he is purchased two pair. Kyle and I are glad this is not a close up of our feet because we decided we needed pedicures. Thursday we went to the Pink and White Nail Salon to begin the process of getting our feet ready for sandal season.

Thank you!

Thank you Sharon and Mike. We are all enjoying the chocolate. As you know chocolate goes great with everything and every event!

The Pool

These photo's are of the amazing twenty day pool. The guys that installed the pool did a wonderful job. They also did the decking, stamped concrete in a pattern and color to match the mosaic of the tile. The color of the pool is Caribbean blue. The pool has a feature that Kyle refers to as ghetto fabulous. LED lights that change color at a touch of a button. Think color wheel.

They pool was finished Friday or Saturday. It has been so much fun to watch Isaac and Perry flipping into the pool which by the way is freezing. Then they head for the spa. We love the spa, yes it has heat! The new Christmas day tradition is playing UNO in the spa.

Interior photo's

When we arrived I ran around taking pictures as fast as I could before we invaded Kyle and Isaac's beautiful home. I do not have a photo of the bedroom that Joey and I are in because once we moved in beauty moved out. But take my word for it it will be very pretty once we leave.

The gift of The Lion King

I helped Isaac wrap his gifts for Kyle. He had a special gift for her. Isaac had purchased tickets for the play the Lion King. He wanted to surprise her by hiding it within a gift. He wrapped the tickets in tissue paper and we hid them inside of a new handbag. We knew she would open the bag and look inside. What a great surprise. What a happy girl!

Last of the Gifts
